Understanding 18E Special Forces Comms Demands
The 18E carries heavy lithium battery banks, portable satellite terminals (BGAN/SATCOM), dipole antenna wires, and cryptographic devices up high-altitude ridge lines to establish high-frequency communication nets. High core isometric endurance (PLK) and cardiovascular aerobic pacing (2MR) ensure the communicator can climb steep terrain with extreme rucksack weights without physical failure.
