Understanding 18B Special Forces Physical Demands

An 18B must maintain an elite level of physical conditioning capable of conducting multi-day 100-pound rucks, carrying crew-served weapons systems (M240B, .50 Cal, Mk19) across extreme elevation changes, and executing high-tempo direct action raids without physical compromise.
