Understanding 13F Forward Observer Physical Demands
A 13F must keep pace with frontline infantry rifle squads while carrying heavy laser rangefinders, thermal targeting optics (LLDR), precision lightweight GPS receivers, and multi-band encrypted radios. High anaerobic sprint endurance (SDC) and a relentless aerobic engine (2MR) are required to scramble to observation posts on high ground under enemy artillery counter-fire.
