Understanding 11C Indirect Fire Physical Demands
An 11C must rapidly manpack the 60mm M224, 81mm M252, or 120mm M120 mortar systems. The M120 baseplate alone weighs approximately 136 pounds, while individual 120mm high-explosive mortar rounds weigh 32 pounds each.
